On this page you will have the opportunity to explore Nigeria's government. The official government capital of Nigeria is Abuja. Watch this video about Nigeria's commercial capital, Lagos. With about 18 million people living here they have some serious problems.  The urbanization of Nigeria is one of the many issues facing the Nigerian government and the United Nations today.

  • A description of the form/style/type of your nation’s Government today.
  • Is your nation’s government stable or have there been problems (violence, rebellion, et cetera)?
  • How has the government of your nation changed since it achieved independence?
