EdQuest
What is an EdQuest?
An EduQuest is an Interactive Website that takes you on a journey through a certain topic. There is content and media embedded on the website to provide learning opportunities. Useful links to outside sources are created to provide additional knowledge and are logically placed throughout the website.
An EdQuest should contain at least the following parts:
- A HomePage that sets the stage and provides some background information, you can put this on your Home Page.
- Critical Thinking Questions for your website you will be asking a variety of questions to receive a score of Proficient. If your team wants to go above and beyond then think of having your audience do something different, too!
- A set of information source links needed to answer your questions and/or complete the task.
- If you are creating a task, then write a description or instructions of the process the audience should go through in accomplishing the task. If there are collaboration questions or discussion that needs to happen then explain that.
- Some direction on how to organize the information gained in order to respond to the critical thinking questions or complete the task.
- A collaboration component that allows for people from all over the world to come together.
