  • Who colonized you, when and why were you colonized?
  • What was it that motivated them: Money? Power? Land? Religion?
  • What natural resources or raw materials does your nation have that the colonizers seeked from your country/people?
  • Description of advances brought to your nation by the colonizing country in areas such as transportation, communication, medicine, education, etc.
  • Were there any benefits to being colonized: such as improved transportation, communication, medicine?
  • Were there any drawbacks to being colonized?
